Return Policy — Memy Kids
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@memykids.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Opened hygiene products (e.g. dummies, bibs, baby care items)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@memykids.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
